Hi, I'm Carley! I’m an experienced live events and customer experience professional with a demonstrated history of working in multiple fields, primarily in music. I graduated from Columbia College Chicago in May of 2016 with a BA in Arts Management. During my studies, I concentrated in the fields of Live and Performing Arts and Music Business.
I am currently an Event Support Specialist at Ticketmaster and do part-time box office work for AEG/The Bowery Presents. I am also an ambassador for CID Entertainment’s VIP programs and a Synnernation marketing representative for The Syndicate. On top of these roles, I also freelance doing VIP and merchandise for companies like VIP Nation, LaneOne, 23/7 Global, and Lollapalooza.
Pre-COVID, I worked for StubHub doing event fulfillment for just over 2 years. During the 2017 festival season I did some ticketing and guest services work for Townsquare Live Events. I previously worked for an experiential marketing company called Revolution Marketing doing brand activations and worked at House of Blues Chicago for a little under 3 years while I was out in the Midwest for college.
I've previously interned for Live Nation, Caroline distribution (UMG), and Atlantic Records to name a few. I also volunteered at a few east coast dates of the Vans Warped Tour every summer from 2013-2017 and have over 7 years of customer-facing retail experience! Aside from my music industry interests, I also love traveling - from planes to trains to going on road trips with the windows down and music blasting. On top of my love for travel, I also like to search for the best foods in whatever city I'm in, pet any dog that I can, and I'm also a huge Mets and Islanders fan.
